Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments efficiently
  • Prepare and organize documents for meetings and presentations
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and financial statements
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  • Conduct research and gather information as requested
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executives
  • Maintain and update filing systems and databases for easy access of information

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Familiarity with accounting principles or experience in the accounting industry preferred
